White-Label License — 4B Academy
These terms govern the use of the 4B Academy white-label license. By completing your license purchase, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Welcome to the Academy!
This white-label license allows you to use our entire catalog (Nails and Microblading videos, manuals, and training materials) to create your own digital academy and train your own students. You have the right to use and sell access to these materials as many times as you wish for your business.
Your Distribution Rights
This license is granted exclusively to your training center. You are free to sell your courses to your end students without restriction. However, you may not resell, transfer, or give the license itself (the source files) to other trainers or academies. This ensures your catalog remains a unique asset for your own business.
Customization of Your Materials
Once we receive your logo, we begin the custom integration across all your files. Because this technical work is done specifically for you, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. It confirms your commitment and allows us to immediately begin production of your materials.
Delivery of Your Access
Once full payment is received, you will receive all your files via digital delivery. By their nature, personalized digital products that are immediately accessible are not eligible for a refund after delivery or production has begun.
Training Responsibility
4B Academy provides all the educational materials you need to succeed. As a training center operator, you remain responsible for supervising your students and complying with local regulations applicable to your training activities.
